Logik Solutions’ support staff is composed of experienced behavioral health operations personnel who appreciate the unique and peculiar requirements imposed on providers by payers. When customers call, there is no phone jail, nor a protracted recording asking for license numbers, serial numbers and other questions which don’t address the training and support required. Rather a knowledge Staff member familiar with the client and the behavioral health billing requirements is available to listen, understand the challenge and address the matter at hand.
