Overview LOGIK Solutions offers a variety of support packages to clients, but we prefer to customize a specific package for each client's needs. We do not want clients to pay for support time that they are not using nor do we want clients to pay for each and every call to Technical Support. Working together with each client, we can suggest a support package that makes sense, gives the client peace of mind and also stays within their budget. Hours of Operation Our support staff and programming personnel are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Pacific Time. Call us at 541-332-7053. Monthly Usage In many cases, we at LOGIK Solutions can base our support package on the client's use of our services. For example, if the client historically uses 20 hours of support time per month, we can set up an appropriate plan to provide up to 25 hours of support time per month and then alert the client when the hours are approaching a pre-set range. This plan allows clients access to the support services they need while also alerting the client to their support usage. |
